Publish the current draft
Open the form and select Publish. If you edit the form later, publish again when you want those changes to appear publicly.Copy the public link
Open the Share tab and use the copy button beside Share link. There’s also a QR code button next to it. Paste the link into an email, a message, a social post or a button on your website.Test one real submission
Open the public link in a private browser window. Complete the form and then check Submissions. This verifies the live version, not only the draft preview. If you enabled email notifications or an integration, confirm that the test also arrived there.A public link is not a private invitation. Anyone who receives the link can open it. Turn on password protection if it should only reach a smaller group.
