Saving your work
Changes save while you edit. Wait for the saved state before closing the tab, especially after adding several blocks or changing a theme.
Preview before publishing
Select Preview in the builder header. Preview uses your current draft, so you can test changes before they become public.
Complete every possible path through the form. If you use page jumps, test each answer that sends people to a different page.
Publish a version
Select Publish when the draft is ready. Publishing creates the version respondents see at the public link and in embeds.
Future edits remain in your draft until you publish again. The existing live form continues to work in the meantime.
Use version history
Open History to inspect earlier saved versions. The live published version is marked Live. Restoring an older version places its content back in the editor; review it and publish when you want it to be live.
Preview does not create a real response. Use preview to check the experience. After publishing, submit one real test response to confirm notifications and integrations too.
