When you paste a form link into a chat, a social post or an email, many apps turn it into a preview card. You decide what it says. Open the Share tab, find Link preview, and choose Customize. Set a short title, a one-line description that tells people why to open the form, and an image that still reads well when it’s small. Save it, then paste the link into a draft message to check.
Preview cards get cached. Some apps keep showing the old title or image for a while after you change it. That doesn’t mean the form itself is out of date.
