A popup keeps the form out of the way until you want it. It works well for feedback, contact and lead forms that shouldn’t take over the page.

Set it up

Open the Share tab, choose Popup under Embed on your site, and set these options: The last two are remembered in the visitor’s browser. Copy the generated code and paste it anywhere on the page, ideally just before the closing </body> tag.

Things to watch for

Keep the trigger away from cookie banners, chat widgets and mobile navigation. One popup per page is plenty unless each has a clearly different job. To test Show only once or Don’t show after submit, use a private window. Otherwise your own browser storage will get in the way.
