An organization contains members, but workspace membership decides which forms each person can access.

Invite someone

Open Members, enter the person’s email address, and send the organization invitation. Then invite that person to the specific workspace or workspaces they need. Workspace invitations can include several email addresses and several workspaces at once.

Remove access

Removing a person from a workspace removes access to that workspace’s forms. Organization owners can also remove an organization member, revoke a pending invitation, or transfer organization ownership.

Transfer ownership carefully

Only one person is the organization owner. When you transfer ownership, you become a member and the new owner gains the owner-only controls.
