Open a form and select Submissions. The list shows responses from the published form, or from your website if it’s an Endpoint form. Question columns follow the form, so it’s easy to compare the same answer across people. Use the arrows to page through, and Refresh to load new ones. Select a row to expand the full response: every question and answer, the submission time, any uploaded files, and payment details if the form takes payments. Submissions caught as spam are kept out of this list.

Files

Open an uploaded file from the response. Download anything you need to keep, and only share files with people who’re allowed to see the form’s data.

Delete a response

Choose Delete response in the expanded response, then confirm. The response isn’t erased straight away. It’s permanently deleted, along with its uploaded files, after 30 days, and until then you can use Cancel deletion to bring it back.
Deleting a form removes all its submissions. Form deletion is permanent, so export anything you need first.
