Use pages when a form has distinct topics or when showing everything at once feels overwhelming.

Add a page

Place your cursor where the new page should begin, select +, and choose Page. Everything after the page break belongs to the next page until another page break appears.

Plan each page around one idea

A useful page might contain:
  1. a short heading that explains the topic;
  2. two or three closely related questions;
  3. no extra information that belongs elsewhere.
A page containing no answerable questions is skipped, which prevents respondents from landing on a dead step made only of headings or media.

Show progress

Open Settings and turn on Progress bar. The bar helps people understand how much remains.

Let answers move the form forward

Turn on Auto-jump to next page if you want the form to advance after a question is answered. Test this carefully on mobile, especially when a page contains more than one question.
Short forms may not need pages. A name, email, and message are often easier on one page. Add structure only when it makes the task clearer.
