Zapier connects from Zapier’s side, using the SurveyOwl app there.
  1. Open the form, go to Integrations, choose Zapier, and select Open Zapier. Or start a Zap in Zapier yourself.
  2. Choose SurveyOwl as the trigger app and New Response as the event.
  3. Select Sign in and approve access with your SurveyOwl account. Then choose the form.
  4. Test the trigger, map the answers into your action app, and publish the Zap.
Once the Zap is on, it appears under Connected Zaps in the form’s Zapier integration. You can turn a Zap off in Zapier, or choose Disconnect all Zaps in SurveyOwl. Each Zap receives the answers along with the submission ID, the form and the submit time. You can revoke Zapier’s access at any time from Connected apps in your account settings. Zapier needs the Starter plan or higher.
Submit a real test response first. Zapier needs sample data to show you the fields you can map, so send one with a realistic value for every question that matters.
