Open the form, go to Integrations, choose Notion, and connect your Notion account. In Notion’s window, pick the workspace and share the pages that hold the database you want to fill. Back in SurveyOwl, choose the Database and save. Only databases you shared during authorization show up. If the list is empty or the one you want is missing, share it in Notion and try again. SurveyOwl matches your question labels to the database’s property names. It doesn’t create or change properties for you, so add them in Notion first. Notion needs the Starter plan or higher.
