An Endpoint form receives submissions from a form on your website or inside your application. Responses are stored in the dashboard while you keep control of the page and its design.

1. Create the endpoint

In the dashboard, select New form, then choose Endpoint form. Enter a name that identifies where the submissions come from, such as “Marketing website contact form.” Select Generate endpoint & Public Key. The form is ready to accept submissions immediately—there is no publish step.

2. Copy the endpoint URL

The Endpoint form opens on its General tab. Copy the Form endpoint URL. This URL is safe to use in browser code. It can accept responses for this form but cannot read responses or access your account.

3. Connect your frontend

Choose the guide that matches your project: The General tab also contains short implementation examples with your form-specific URL already inserted.

4. Send a test

Submit the form once, then open Submissions. Check that:
  • the response arrived;
  • each answer has a useful field name;
  • your success message or redirect worked;
  • errors are shown clearly to the visitor.
If the response does not arrive, follow Troubleshooting.
