Open the form, go to Integrations, choose Airtable, and connect your Airtable account. Then choose the Base and the Table that should receive records, and save. If the base list doesn’t load, make sure the account you connected can see that base. SurveyOwl matches your question labels to Airtable field names, so create the fields first and keep their types compatible with the answers coming in. A text answer won’t fit a number field, for example. Airtable needs the Starter plan or higher.
