Welcome screen

A welcome screen appears before the first question. Use it to explain:
  • what the form is for;
  • who is collecting the information;
  • how long it should take;
  • what the respondent may need before starting.
You can change its title, description, image, and button text. You can also show a submission count once the form has enough responses for that number to be meaningful.

End screen

The end screen appears after a successful submission. Give the respondent a clear confirmation and tell them what happens next. You can add a button that starts another response or opens a link. Social links can also appear on the ending screen.

Redirect instead of an end screen

If people should land on another website after submitting, open Settings, enable Redirect on completion, and enter a complete https:// URL.
Be specific. “Thanks—we received your application and will reply by Friday” is more useful than “Thank you.”
