Select the Customize icon in the builder header to open the Design panel. It lists the available themes, each with a small preview of its background, question text, answer style and button.
Choose a theme
Select a theme to apply it to the current form. Changes appear in the builder immediately and are saved with the draft.
A good theme should:
- match the tone of your organization;
- keep question and answer text easy to read;
- make the primary button obvious;
- work on both small and large screens.
Add branded content
Use an image block for a logo, cover image, or helpful illustration. Add alternative text when the image carries meaning. A welcome screen is often the cleanest place for a logo and short introduction.
Preview contrast and spacing
Select Preview after changing the design. Check each question type you use, not only the first page. Pay particular attention to placeholder text, selected choices, error messages, and the end screen.
Design cannot repair unclear wording. Use plain questions and short explanations first. Color and typography should support the task, not compete with it.
