# Notion

> Create a page in a Notion database for every new response.

Open the form, go to **Integrations**, choose **Notion**, and connect your Notion account. In Notion's window, pick the workspace and share the pages that hold the database you want to fill.

Back in SurveyOwl, choose the **Database** and save. Only databases you shared during authorization show up. If the list is empty or the one you want is missing, share it in Notion and try again.

SurveyOwl matches your question labels to the database's property names. It doesn't create or change properties for you, so add them in Notion first.

Notion needs the Starter plan or higher.

<Info>
  **Start with a tiny test form.** One text question and one choice question are enough to see how values map before you point a big production form at a database.
