# Connect an integration

> Send each new response to another tool automatically.

Open a form and select **Integrations**. Choose a destination, complete its connection details, and save.

Integrations work with responses from both Hosted forms and Endpoint forms.

Available integrations include:

## Always test the connection

Send one test response after connecting. Use the published form for a Hosted form, or submit from your own interface for an Endpoint form. Check the destination and confirm the values landed in the correct fields or channel.
