# Add welcome and end screens

> Set expectations before the first question and explain what happens after submission.

## Welcome screen

A welcome screen appears before the first question. Use it to explain:

* what the form is for;
* who is collecting the information;
* how long it should take;
* what the respondent may need before starting.

You can change its title, description, image, and button text. You can also show a submission count once the form has enough responses for that number to be meaningful.

## End screen

The end screen appears after a successful submission. Give the respondent a clear confirmation and tell them what happens next.

You can add a button that starts another response or opens a link. Social links can also appear on the ending screen.

## Redirect instead of an end screen

If people should land on another website after submitting, open **Settings**, enable **Redirect on completion**, and enter a complete `https://` URL.
