# Plans and limits

> What each plan includes and where the limits apply.

SurveyOwl has four plans: Free, Starter, Pro and Max. Free never expires and it isn't a trial. Every plan includes the visual builder, CSV export, owner email notifications, and the submit API for Endpoint forms. Every question type is available except Payment, which needs Pro.

## What changes between plans

| | Free | Starter | Pro | Max |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| Responses per month | 300 | 3,000 | 15,000 | 35,000 |
| Largest file upload | 5 MB | 10 MB | 25 MB | 100 MB |
| File storage per month | 100 MB | 1 GB | 3 GB | 5 GB |
| Editors (people who can edit forms) | 1 | 1 | 3 | Unlimited |
| Workspaces | 1 | 1 | 1 | Unlimited |
| Version history kept | 7 days | 14 days | 30 days | 90 days |
| Remove the SurveyOwl badge | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Notion, Airtable and Zapier integrations | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Payments with Razorpay | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Email verification | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Confirmation emails to respondents | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| CC and BCC on owner notifications | No | No | Yes | Yes |

Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Telegram and plain webhooks work on every plan.

If you reach a limit, SurveyOwl tells you which one and links to the upgrade screen. The server enforces these limits, so a locked option in the dashboard isn't something you can get around by calling the API.

## Prices

Open **Billing** in the app to see your plan, your billing cycle and the price for your account. That screen is always the source of truth. Allowances here match the plans as they stand today, but they can change.
