# Account settings

> Update your profile, sign-in details, timezone and linked emails.

Open account settings from your profile menu. The page has these tabs:

* **My account** holds your name and photo, email address, password, connected Google account, and timezone.
* **Linked emails** is where you add and verify extra email addresses to use with email notifications, for example as a reply-to.

## Profile and sign-in

You can change your full name and photo (JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF, up to 10 MB), set a new email address, change your password, and connect a Google account for faster sign-in.

## Timezone

Set this before you schedule a form to close. Dates and times across the dashboard use it, including the closing time.

## Delete your account

The **Danger zone** at the bottom of **My account** deletes your account permanently. Export what you need first, and check who else depends on your forms.
